Saturday Night Worship is coming to an end. The last service will be on Aug. 25. We will be moving to two Sunday morning services beginning Sunday, September 2.  Early service will be 8:00 am (told you it was early!) and later service will begin at 10:45 am.

Our worship service blends modern songs with ancient hymns.  The “dress code” is casual.  We encourage worshipers to use their own gifts (special music, poetry, drama, etc.) to challenge and encourage the Body of Christ.  Pastor Joey preaches from God’s Word, the Bible, with a verse by verse explanation and instruction on how to apply God’s teachings to life today.

The Current Sermon Series is: “Life After Sin: How the Broken Can Live Restored.  We all live with brokenness, guilt, and struggle that makes us feel useless from time to time. This series looks at how Jesus puts the pieces back together to give us a hope, future, and purpose.  The series breaks down like this:

Aug. 18/19: “God Plants” – God brings hope by restoring you and giving you value through your identity in Him.

Aug. 25/26: “Leaving the Lies” – refuting the lies we believe about God and ourselves.

Sept. 2: “Wait! Wrong Turn!” – learn to avoid the traps of self-improvement that leave us stranded and frustrated.

Sept. 9: “The Healing Scars” – learn how forgiveness sets you free and unties you from your past.

Sept. 16: “Seeing from God’s Point of View” – learn to see your sin and pain through God’s redemption.

Sept. 23: “From Has-Been to Born-Again” – rediscover purpose by overcoming guilt and shame.
